Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment and listing process. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to Mc Space.
All mechanical machines and equipment listed through the platform must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and safety standards. Users must ensure that operators are adequately trained and qualified. Mc Space reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate safety protocols.
Mc Space acts solely as a directory connecting equipment owners with users. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of the equipment listed. Users connect and deal directly. Mc Space shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment.
