By accessing and using the Mc Space platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment and lending process. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to Mc Space.
All mechanical machines and equipment lent through the platform must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and safety standards. Renters must ensure that operators are adequately trained and qualified. Mc Space reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate safety protocols.
Mc Space acts solely as a facilitator connecting equipment owners with renters. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the condition of the equipment listed. Mc Space shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the equipment.
